The MHGA has been working with the manufacturer (FMC) and regulators for almost 2 years to get AIM EC approved for use on hops in Minnesota. We originally tried to get a 24C Special Needs approval in Minnesota like Wisconsin and Michigan have. But FMC decided to revise the national label with EPA to remove the geographic restrictions for hops.
If you look online you will not find the updated label at this time, but it is approved at EPA. Until the revised label is published, the documentation found HERE provides Minnesota growers with assurance that it can be used in 2017.

MHGA has joined forces with University of MN Extension - Waseca to host a Hop Production Workshop. The workshop will cover a variety of topics from a prospective grower overview to pellet mills, pickers, and oasts. View the full agenda and workshop details here.
We have now reached capacity for the workshop this weekend, so we are closing registration. Thanks to everyone who has registered, we'll see you this weekend!
